Based in West Ealing you will be receiving and logging IT support calls and liaising with engineers and the customer to resolve the issues.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in IT and with constant training and development you will be able to gain valuable IT qualifications.

Experience in the following areas would be useful.

Microsoft operating systems, including Server 2000 & 2003, XP & 2000
Microsoft Office products
Networking
Internet & E-Mail Experience

You will need a good phone manner and enthusiasm to learn in this quick developing role.
