Network Audit

As part of our initial installation
visit we provide a complete network audit of your
IT systems for free. This visit allows us to install
our remote control software and get an in depth
view of your network and how it operates.
During this audit we will collect
all the information we will need in order to provide
you with our quality Service Level
Agreement. We will gather details about the
operating system and a detailed examination of how
your network operates at the moment. We will draw
a network diagram and collate information regarding
any bespoke applications you use in your business.
These will be reported back to
you in an easy to understand manner, without all
the technobabble.
If necessary we will draw up a
number of recommendations for your network in how
you can benefit from your systems further. This
visit allows us to troubleshoot any issues you may
have had before our visit and allow us to take responsibility
of your network with a clean bill of health.
Once we have collected all of your
data we enter these details into a trouble ticketing
system allowing us quick access to all your data
whenever you call in. This gives us an informed
and quick response to all your enquiries.
We will also configure our monitoring
systems to allow us to be notified of any issues
on your network before they become obvious to you.
This gives us the opportunity to troubleshoot the
problem as quickly as possible.
