Our Small Business Package gives you access
to our skilled and experiencned engineers from 9am - 6pm Monday
to Friday. You may call this support line as many times as you
would like as part of your contract asking any IT related question.
As part of our audit
we install remote control software that gives us a secure access
to your network to be able to remotely control your server and/or
your PC's. From here we can configure and install hardware and
additional services such as printers and other network devices
as though we were in the office. We can also troubleshoot any
problems you may be seeing without the need for lengthy telephone
explanations.
These connections are very secure and using
complex encryption allows us to control your machines whilst
the communications are compeltely secure.
With the knowledge that we have onsite
engineers on standby ready to visit your site in the times
that we cannot fix the problem remotely, you can feel safe in
the knowledge that you are in good hands.
